This short guide to including first voice leadership in supports and programs was developed by the team that worked on the Autism Works Employment Support Group project.

This guide was created as a resource for organizations and individuals who are looking to introduce first voice points of view into their supports and programs. It also contains tips and suggestions from the Employment Support Group leaders for new and aspiring first voice leaders and facilitators.
